September Highlights

The team has been working hard to bring new and exciting features to Humley Studio. We’ve got several new additions we can’t wait to tell you about.

Extensions – Over the past couple of months, you’ve been asking us for more control surrounding how you can configure your conversational experiences, whether you’re configuring short tail, follow up questions or how your chatbot responds. We realized that we needed to put you in control and allow you more flexibility in configuring your conversational experiences, that’s why we have introduced extensions, extensions allow subject matter experts the ability to get under the hood of the Humley platform and even more control in creating compelling user journeys. Whether you’re configuring short tail, long tail, keyword boosting or follow up, they all have a home in our new extensions area, over the next couple of months, we’ll be adding a selection of new extensions that will provide your conversational assistant with more features than ever before.

Related Intents – Building flows in Humley Studio is already easy, but we wanted to give you more control in creating awesome experiences for your users, gathering entities or variables are great, but what happens when you’re looking to gather something and your users need additional clarification before they can answer, that’s why we created related intents. Related intents allow you to create module-specific questions that allow your users to clarify those important topics and provide informed responses within the flows you create within Humley

Studio.Import via CSV – You can now import intents directly into Humley Studio via CSV upload. This can be accessed directly from the intents pages.

Entity/Variables within Metadata – At Humley we’ve always been focussed on allowing you to create both an awesome conversational experience and a front-end to match, in order to help give you everything you need, you can now send variables/entities within the metadata of the API response.

Add your ideas – We want everyone who uses Humley Studio to help shape the future of our platform, that’s why you can now add your ideas directly to our new Ideas portal.

You can publish your ideas at

We hope you enjoy the updates and look forward to revealing our latest additions later this month.
