Humley’s Digital HR Assistant launched on BambooHR’s Marketplace

Humley, an innovative provider of Conversational AI, has today announced the launch of its Digital HR Assistant on BambooHR’s Marketplace.

The addition of Humley’s HR Assistant to BambooHR’s marketplace enables organisations to access the transformational benefits of Conversational AI by providing a single point of contact for employee HR communications and processes.

Humley’s Digital HR Assistant enables employees to and line managers to ask queries, request documentation, update information, and even make requests within one platform, 24/ and within their preferred communication channel giving employees instant access to all the information they need, whenever and wherever they need it. 

On average the Assistant enables HR Teams to automate 80% of typical HR requests resulting in an average 30% time saving, whilst still providing a personalised and natural experience for employees. 

The integration with BambooHR means that through the Assistant’s conversational interface, employees can securely retrieve and update information within the system in a matter of seconds, leading to improved employee experiences and freeing up HR Teams to focus on more strategic and higher-value tasks.

The Assistant comes pre-configured with 12 HR experiences from annual leave requests to payroll and onboarding as well as the ability to automatically ingest handbooks and policy documents to create user interactions specific to an organisation. This approach to deployment means that the assistant requires no coding or technical knowledge to set up and is quick and easy to set up.

Powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing, Humley’s Digital HR Assistant can understand and interpret human language to a much higher accuracy and therefore, able to provide meaningful and accurate responses to users in seconds – improving satisfaction and engagement.
