Quality Assurance Engineer
About the Role
We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Member to join our team in Northampton, working directly for the Head of Development and with the Product Team. Your role will involve preparing test plans, and then carrying out manual and automated functional, UI, and API tests on our platform.
Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience
Hours: Full Time (35 Hours) with typical office hours of 9.30 am-5.30 pm and a 1-hour lunch break. Humley also offers flexible working from home.
Role Responsibilities:
- Create test plans for our releases.
- Execute test plans with the help of the Development Team.
- Report bugs, inconsistencies, and UI behaviour that doesn’t look right within the platform.
- Create automated API tests using internal and external software.
- Work with the product team to deliver the product in the final stages.

The ideal candidate for this role will have strong problem-solving skills, the willingness to think outside the box and the confidence to get stuck in from day one.

- The ability to prioritise and manage own workload.
We'd love it if You Had:
- Experience with Excel, Azure DevOps, and Postman
- Knowledge of JSON and SQL
- Understanding of API’s and Load Testing
